We do not let money sit without benefit of appeals, collection phone calls, and even road trips made to the insurance carriers for problem collections. FDM has relationships with the client’s payers for improved collections. Phone calls are made and statements are sent to patients for their portion. Our philosophy is, “FDM can’t get paid until the client gets their money”.
